摘要:随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善,经济结构战略性调整,中国经济融入世界经济大潮的进程全面提速。全球经济一体化要求秘书能够熟悉和运用国际公认的商业原则,具有为世界各地企业家提供专业服务的符合国际标准的职业技能和职业规范,并且能够卓有成效地将专业知识、工作经验、综合能力整合运用在商业运作中。如何准确把握新形势下企业秘书工作的定位特点与发展趋势,并运用科学手段为之培育良好的成长环境以推动企业的快速发展,正成为国内各类企业普遍关注和重视的课题。各行各业的秘书工作面临着严峻的挑战,对秘书人员的素养也提出了更高更新的要求。本文从秘书工作实践者的角度提出一些探索性意见,首先分析了新时期环境下,秘书工作发生变化的原因,并找出目前秘书工作存在的问题,最后针对这些问题的存在提出应对的策略,并希望这些对策的提出对新时期秘书工作的发展及秘书工作人员的要求有一定的帮助。
