电子商务是一种全新的商业运营模式,作为有超时空性的商业模式,由于网络界域的虚拟化,电子商务具备易进入性、创新性、易变性、高成长性等特点,它不仅带来了企业经营环境的改变,同时也改变企业经营的规则。在新一轮的互联网浪潮到来之际,企业既要应用数字化电子方式开展商务活动,赶上电子商务的大潮,又需要从有效的电子商务组织战略、体系及实施方案等层面上下功夫,以确立自己的竞争优势。浙江是我国重要的服装产业基地,拥有华东地区最密集的服装专业批发市场。在新的经济形式下,正面临着一系列的市场冲击与挑战。随着中国日益成为全球采购中心,互联网技术的创新,电子商务的迅猛发展以及银行业结算制度的变革,都成为配合纺织服装专业市场进行新一轮改造升级的推动因素。服装专业市场在注重市场定位细分和品牌经营管理的同时,更应该抓住机会大力发展电子商务和整合物流发展,从而保证服装专业市场的持续繁荣与和谐发展。因此,本文主要研究电子商务在服装专业市场的发展问题。本文以定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,以杭州四季青服装批发市场为实际案例,对浙江服装市场电子商务的发展现状进行分析,结合相关理论从四个方面对杭州四季青服装批发市场电子商务存在的问题进行分析,并针对问题提出相应的解决方案,让电子商务为浙江服装批发市场带来更多的竞争机遇和领先地位。

In the new round of the occasion of the arrival of the Internet wave, the enterprise should not only applied digital electronic means business activities and catch up with the tide of electronic commerce, and the need to electronic commerce from the valid organization strategy, system and implement plan level fluctuation kongfu, to establish their competitive advantage. Zhejiang is China’s important clothing industry base, with the east China area most densely populated clothing professional wholesale market. In the new economic form, is facing a series of market impact and challenges. With China increasingly become global sourcing center, the Internet technology innovation, the rapid development of electronic commerce and banking settlement system changes, all become professional textile and garment market with a new round of the transformation and upgrade of push factor. Clothing in the market in pay attention to market positioning segmentation and brand management at the same time, more should seize the opportunity to develop the electronic commerce and the integration of logistics development, so as to ensure the continued prosperity of clothing in the market and harmonious development. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the electronic commerce in clothing in the development of the market.
