论就业保障法律机制
摘要
就业问题是经济社会发展的核心问题,是民生之本,它关系到亿万劳动者及其家庭的切身利益,是社会发展的基础。中国目前的就业状况,就业状况情况的严重性,我们将暴露。首先,我国人口众多,劳动力总量供大于求的状况将长期存在。其次,我国就业的结构性矛盾越来越突出。从政府和社会的角度而言,提供充分的就业机会和岗位是政府的一项重要职责,如果一个社会就业岗位的供给与需求长期处于严重失衡的情况下,将不会有真正的就业公平。本文结合我国当前社会保障法律制度的现状,分析当前我国社会保障法律制度中存在的问题,并结合存在的问题,提出相关的完善建议,以期对我们的社会保障实务工作有参考作用。

Abstract
The problem of employment is the core issue of economic and social development, the people’s livelihood, it is related to the vital interests of millions of workers and their families, is the basis for social development. For our current employment situation, we are faced with the long-term employment situation grim situation. First, China’s large population, the total labor oversupply situation will persist. Secondly, the structural contradictions of employment and more prominent. From the perspective of government and society, the provision of adequate employment opportunities and jobs is an important duty of the government, in the case of supply and demand, if a long-term jobs in the social imbalance, will not have a real job fair. In this paper, the current status of China’s social security legal system, the legal analysis of the current social security system of the problems in our country, combined with the problems associated with improvement suggestions put forward in order to practice our social security work reference.
