论就业保障法律机制
摘要
就业问题是社会经济发展的核心,是民生之本,关系到劳动者及其家庭的切身利益数以亿计,是社会发展的基础。中国目前的就业状况,我们将面临一个长期的就业形势严峻的形势。首先,中国是一个人口大国,劳动力供大于求的局面将长期存在。其次,在我国的结构性矛盾越来越突出,就业。从政府和社会的角度,提供足够的就业机会和工作是政府的重要责任,如果供给和需求在长期就业,严重失衡的情况下,就不会有真正的公平就业。在本文中,结合目前我国的就业保障法律制度的现状,分析了现有的在中国就业保障问题的法律制度,根据存在的问题,提出相关的完善建议,以期对我国的就业保障实践参考。

Abstract
The problem of employment is the core issue of economic and social development, the people’s livelihood, it is related to the vital interests of millions of workers and their families, is the basis for social development. For our current employment situation, we are faced with the long-term employment situation grim situation. First, China’s large population, the total labor oversupply situation will persist. Secondly, the structural contradictions of employment and more prominent. From the perspective of government and society, the provision of adequate employment opportunities and jobs is an important duty of the government, in the case of supply and demand, if a long-term jobs in the social imbalance, will not have a real job fair. In this paper, the current status of China’s social security legal system, the legal analysis of the current social security system of the problems in our country, combined with the problems associated with improvement suggestions put forward in order to practice our social security work reference.
