当前我国劳动争议的特点与对策
摘 要
伴随我国市场经济的进一步发展,劳资关系日益成为我国重要的经济关系之一。在新的形势下,我国的企业劳资关系也随之发生了巨大变化,总体来说是向着多元化,规范化,市场化,法制化与契约化方向不断发展。这种变化为雇主与雇员带来的是各自利益倾向的突出化、明显化,进而使双方在维护自身利益时产生系列矛盾,而那些未能极时得到调解的劳资矛看最终形成劳动争议。
