的秩序。禁止内幕交易的障碍包括行政干预、内幕交易立案调查门槛高、内幕交易监管执法不力和内幕交易监管的市场环境不理想。为此提出内幕交易监管的对策建议。特别对于股市的内幕交易监管，要加大内幕交易执法力度、加强信息披露并提高内幕交易识别效率。本文通过对内幕交易的成因、危害入手，探讨对内幕交易的禁止与处罚的综述。
