摘 要
随着我国经济的快速发展,职业院校的数量日益增多以及各大高等院校扩大规模招生,致使在校学生数量呈现逐年上升的趋势,再加上往年毕业的学生没有找到合适的工作,依然处在待业时期,所以大学生就业的队伍越来越大。但是社会的需求量并没有因为大学生数量的增多而增加,因此大学实习生的劳动权益难以得到保证,实习生权益保障的社会关注程度也越来越高,引起了政府和社会、甚至学术界的关注。本论文采取调查问卷、查阅文献及归纳总结的方式,对我校即将毕业的大学实习生进行了调查研究。收集整理了有关实习生权益被受侵害现状及导致该种情况原因的原始数据,继而对大学生实习权益被侵犯的原因进行了探析,并针对这些原因提出了自己的对策思路。希望本论文的研究能为我市实习生的劳动权益保护起到积极的促进作用。

Abstract
With China’s rapid economic development, increasing number of occupation universities and institutions of higher learning to expand the scale of enrollment, the students showed a rising trend year by year, coupled with the previous graduates did not find suitable work, still in college students’ employment unemployment period, so the team more. But the social demand and not because of the increase in the number of students increased, therefore the University intern labor rights and interests can not be guaranteed, the intern to safeguard the rights and interests of society are paying more and more attention, caused the government and the society, and even the attention of academic circles. This paper adopts questionnaire, literature review and summary of the way, to my school graduating university intern had investigation and study. A collection of related rights are being infringed. The status quo and cause the reason of the original data, then the intern students’ interests are infringed the reason to carry on the analysis, and for these reasons put forward their countermeasures. I hope this study can provide our intern labor rights protection play a positive role in promoting.
