攻心战法在公安边防战斗中的运用研究
摘要：公安边防战斗应该善于抓住犯罪嫌疑人的心理变化,巧用攻心战法,促使犯罪嫌疑人的思想向良性方向转化、发展,直到主动缴械投降,达到不战而胜的目的,顺利完成抓捕任务,从而减少围捕过程中警察的伤亡,保护人民生命财产的安全。在边防战斗中运用攻心战术,以特殊信息媒介为武器,依据心理学原理,对犯罪分子实施心理攻击,可以有效降低查缉行动的对抗性,达到”不战而屈人之兵”的目的。本文对公安边防战斗中攻心战术的概念、意义、运用实施及注意的问题进行全面、深入的分析，得出攻心战法的理论基础，以期为公安边防人员提供一些有用的建议。

Fighting in public security border battle gave the application research
Abstract: the public security border battle should be good at caught the criminal suspect psychological change, use opportunely fighting evil, prompting the criminal suspect thoughts to the benign direction transformation, development, until the active actions they, achieve the purpose of will this walkover match, finish the task to catch, thus reduce stalking process of police casualties, protect the safety of people’s life and property. In the border battle lust use tactics, with special information media for weapons, according to the principle of psychology who carried out the attack of crime psychology, can effectively reduce the seizing of competitive action, to “enemy without combat soldiers” purposes. In this paper, the public security border battle tactics gave the concept, significance, and pay attention to the implementation of a comprehensive and in-depth issues of analysis, it is concluded that the theoretical basis of fighting evil, so as to provide public security border some useful Suggestions.
