劳动合同缔约过失责任研究
内容摘要
缔约过失责任是指,在合同订立过程中一方因违背其依据的城市信用原则所产生的义务,而致另一方的信赖利益的损失,并应承担损害赔偿责任。它是一种新型的责任制度,我国关于缔约过失责任的立法起步较晚,在《合同法》颁布前,立法上对此并没有明确规定,在实践案例中可适用的法律依据不足,本文就这些展开了讨论与分析。

Abstract
