论当前利用物流运输毒品犯罪的特点及对策
摘要：由于毒品的背后是巨大的利益，许多人铤而走险，违犯国家法律。不过随着近年来禁毒工作的不断深化，毒品的运输也发生着悄然变化，物流运输以其高效、便捷的特点正被犯罪分子利用来进行毒品运输。笔者主要分析物流贩毒的特点和主要原因，并结合实际情况提出对策,旨在通过强有力的司法保障手段、行政手段来规范物流企业的秩序,填补物流行业的漏洞,遏制贩毒分子利用物流企业运输毒品的行为，希望为禁毒部门提供一些有用的参考。

Concerning the current use of logistics transport drug crimes and the characteristics of the countermeasures
Abstract: due to the drug is behind huge profits, many people take risks, violate state law. But in recent years, with the deepening of drug control, the transportation of drugs has also undergone a quietly change, logistics transportation to the efficient and convenient features are being criminals use to drug trafficking. The author mainly analyzes the characteristics of logistics drug trafficking and the main reason, and combined with actual situation proposed countermeasures, aims to powerful judicial security measure, administrative means to regulate the logistics enterprise order, to fill in the logistics industry loopholes and curb drug offenders the use of logistics enterprise transport drugs behavior, the hope drug control departments to provide some useful reference.
