浅析我国安乐死立法问题
由于传统文化等等多方面的影响，安乐死的研究在我国起步较晚，但是发展却很快，关于安乐死的讨论、调查和研究一直没有停息，且在全国范围内展开。而在我国发生的一个个真正触动人们对安乐死问题作认真思索的安乐死案件不仅引起社会关注，而且还让我们不得不明确地提出中国的安乐死问题。本文对这个问题进行了分析，以期抛砖引玉，为共同研究者提供一点借鉴。

As the traditional culture and so on various influence, euthanasia study started late in our country, but development but soon, the discussion about euthanasia, investigation and research has not stopped, and on a nationwide basis. And in the pauses in China were really touched people to euthanasia problems reflect seriously upon the euthanasia cases social concern caused not only, and still let we have to explicitly put forward the problems of euthanasia. This paper analyzed the problems, in order to derive the researchers for common use for reference.
