在竞争激烈的市场中,企业要想拥有更高的利润和更强的竞争力,降低项目成本是唯一有效的方法。所以,项目材料费控制的有效使用,对于施工企业的生存与发展极其重要。在施工企业中的应用可以减少浪费、提高企业的价值,能够完善和持续的改进施工企业的管理体系。本文以施工项目为对象,研究材料费控制方法在施工项目材料费控制中的应用,以期为施工企业项目材料费控制提供一个具有可操作性的方法。施工行业存在的一些问题并没有随着科技的发展而得到解决,更好的工具和更完善的技术也没能彻底杜绝问题和伤害的出现,施工质量不能完全达到标准、低下的生产效率、较高的施工成本和职业安全性差等,而且复杂的、工期紧张的、不确定因素多的项目更容易出现上述问题。
本文总共分四章。第一章是绪论,主要是讲下研究背景及意义,还有相关文献综述和研究思路方法;第二章是建筑工程施工项目材料及材料费概述,主要是讲建筑材料的相关概念、材料费的相关概念以及其对于建筑工程施工项目的影响;第三章是材料费控制,主要是分析现阶段我国建筑施工项目材料费控制存在的问题及解决对策,然后通过案例进行验证;第四章是对于研究对象的结论及展望。

Abstract
In the fierce competition in the market, the enterprise needs to want to have higher profits and competitiveness, reduce the project cost is the only effective method. Therefore, the project cost management for construction of effective use, the survival and development of enterprises is very important. Application in the construction enterprises can reduce waste, increase the value of the enterprise, can perfect and continuous improvement of management system of construction enterprises. Taking the construction project as the object, research the cost management method in construction project cost management application, with period for project cost management of construction enterprises to provide a workable method. Construction industry problems and not with the development of science and technology and solved, better tools and a better technology has not been able to completely eradicate the problems and injuries from occurring, the construction quality is not fully up to standard, low production efficiency, high construction cost and the job bad safety, but also complex, time limit for a project intense, many uncertain factors of the project are more prone to the problem. In this paper, based on the construction project of material cost control concepts related to the study, puts forward the control measures.
