摘要
随着经济全球化趋势的不断加强,TCL集团对外直接投资活动的不断扩大,几乎所有的TCL集团都面临着一个共同的问题,即跨国经营所引发的文化冲突。文化冲突处理不当往往会造成TCL集团在东道国经营的失败。本文从分析TCL集团文化冲突的表现及成因入手探讨了跨国经营中的文化冲突和融合问题及跨文化管理策略,并进一步阐述了促进TCL集团健康运营的对策和措施。

Abstract
With the continuous enhancement of economic globalization, foreign direct investment TCL group activities continue to expand, almost all of the TCL group are faced with a common problem, which is caused by transnational business culture conflict.
