摘 要
近十几年来，“蓝色壁垒”严重影响了劳动密集型产业发展。随着经济全球化和一体化的发展，企业间的贸易关系已从“物”的层次扩及到“人”的范畴，企业竞争的焦点也从经济领域转向社会领域，特别对于主要依靠劳动力为主的企业类型，劳工权益问题日益显著,影响颇为深刻。
本文集中阐述了蓝色贸易壁垒的相关概念及一般分析，围绕东莞劳动密集型企业的现状做了相应的分析，剖析了东莞劳动密集型遭遇蓝色贸易壁垒的存在的问题，就这些影响及原因提出了个人的看法并且提出了相应对策，在东莞经济发展快速的同时，蓝色贸易壁垒也逐渐浮出水面，对东莞劳动密集型企业造成强大的冲击，我们必须重视高度重视，积极应对。
本文系运用总-分-总方法进行的专题分析。全文分三个部分：首先，讨论了蓝色贸易壁垒的相关概念以及东莞劳动密集型企业发展状况；其次，是从遭遇蓝色贸易壁垒的角度对东莞劳动密集型企业存在的问题；最后，提出了应对蓝色贸易壁垒的相应对策。
本文的创新之处是在研究蓝色壁垒产生的原因时，通过地方政府保护企业而使职工的权益受损进行描写，地方政府本应该是监督企业履行其社会责任的，现在政府在很多方面做得不够，对于这个现象提出了自己的一些意见和建议。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, “blue barrier” seriously restricted development of labor-intensive industry.With the development of economic globalization and integration, the trade relations between the enterprise has from the level of the “content” spread to the category of “people”, the focus of the enterprise competition is also from the economy to society, especially for rely mainly on labor enterprise type, have profound influence.
This paper focused on the related concepts and general analysis of blue trade barriers, around the current situation of dongguan labor-intensive enterprise do the corresponding analysis, analyzes the dongguan labor-intensive and causes of the influence of a blue trade barriers, as these effects and the reasons put forward personal views and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in dongguan rapid economic development and at the same time, blue trade barriers are gradually surfaced, powerful impact the dongguan labor-intensive enterprises, we must attach much importance to attach great importance to and actively deal with it.
This paper use general points – the general method for analysis of the project.The full text is divided into three parts: the first , is to discuss the relevant concepts of blue trade barrier and general analysis, as well as dongguan labor-intensive enterprise development;Second from the Angle of the encounter with blue trade barriers on the present situation of the labor-intensive enterprises, dongguan influence and reason analysis;Finally, puts forward the countermeasures of dealing with the blue trade barriers.
The innovation of this article is in the study of the causes of the blue barriers, by the local government to protect the enterprise and make the damaged account of worker’s rights and interests, the local government should be supervision enterprises fulfill their social responsibility, and now the government is not doing enough in many ways, for this phenomenon is proposed own some views and suggestions.
