摘 要
人文关怀的核心是以人为本,它的理论基础是人本主义。公益广告是以推广有利于社会道德观念、行为规范和思想意识为目的,为公益行动、公益事业提供报务的广告传播活动。公益广告以它独有的“人本性”、“公益性”、“倡导性”等特点,寓情于形,把人文关怀包含在广告所要表现的日常现象中,以此告诫世人、警醒世人。

The core of humanistic care is people-oriented, it is based on the theory of humanism.
