摘　要

随着洗衣店服务的日渐完善和复杂，以前单纯的文本记录人工管理方式不仅效率低下，且易出错，直接导致管理费用的增加，服务质量的下降。由于这种人工管理方式不能完全适应需求的发展，一个智能管理系统因此应运而生。本文按照软件工程的规范，依据实际需求描述了系统分析与设计的全过程，构建了一个智能的洗衣店管理系统。其目的在于实现收费信息管理和出入衣物记录的快速高效检索，使操作简单安全，提高工作效率和质量。

进入本系统后，用户可进行相应的功能操作。管理员可对各会员信息以及对存衣、取衣信息等的修改和查询，进行会员信息管理、收取衣物信息管理、取衣信息管理、按照时间段进行营业额统计等功能。
