内容摘要：目前社会上对于汇率变动对于我国社会的影响的研究主要有对出口贸易的影响，对居民消费的影响，对股市等热点产业的影响。这些都是我们普通百姓和外贸企业所关心的，但要深刻的了解其对我国发展的深入影响还需要懂得汇率对我国的产业结构的影响。本文以人民币升值为例从汇率对我国产业结构的影响入手，在深入分析的基础上提出对策建议：一是改变出口结构，从追求量的扩张向质的提升转变；用现代化高新的技术，优化管理，提高质量监控管理效率。二是创新多元化出口格局，寻求更多的多边或是双边贸易合作关系。三是积极扩大内需。四是提升外贸企业自身竞争力。加速传统劳动密集型产业改造，提高我国外贸出口的竞争力；创建出口产品品牌优势，走品牌化运作之路；建立跨国公司，多渠道、多方式灵活经营；积极扩大内需、降低国内企业对外贸的依存度。
