入世10年中国对外贸易持续、稳定发展，无论是在贸易规模的扩大上还是在贸易结构的优化上，都取得了明显的进步。对外贸易结构是一国对外贸易的基础，贸易结构的变动，不仅关系着一国的对外贸易活动，同时也和一国的经济发展密切相关。本文先对对外贸易结构的概念进行界定，并对相关研究进行梳理和评述，探讨了与贸易结构相关的经济理论。在用数据说明我国贸易结构现状基础上，对对外贸易结构与其影响因素进行实证分析。最后，根据实证分析的结果提出了一些政策建议。

Entry into the World Trade Organization in10 years of Chinese foreign trade sustained and stable development, both in the expansion of trade and the trade structure optimization, obtained apparent progress. The structure of foreign trade is a country’s foreign trade, trade structure change, not only concerns the country’s foreign trade activities, and also the development of a country’s economy is closely related to. This paper first on the definition of the structure of foreign trade, and the relevant research undertakes combing and commenting on the trade structure, and the related economic theories. In the data structure on the basis of current situation of trade of our country, the foreign trade structure and its influencing factors empirical analysis. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis and puts forward some policy suggestions.
