摘要：高职院校中实施军事化管理有利于增强航空服务学员生活自理能力、自主学习能力，增强航空服务学员顽强的奋斗意志、责任感和团队意识。而这种军事化管理并不是把他们封闭起来，是比普通学校的管理严格比军事化管理稍微放松的一种管理模式。在具体实施上应该建立科学的规章制度、采取严格的日常管理、开展丰富的课外活动、建立与专业培养目标相适应的理论教学体系和实践体系，通过以人为本的理念引导航空服务学员健康的个性特点，以发挥对培养航空服务人才的不可估量的巨大作用。

Abstract: Military management is helpful to enhance aviation service students of higher Vocational Colleges , from military management their life self-care ability, self-learning ability, enhance aviation service students indomitable will struggle, sense of responsibility and team consciousness. While the military management and not putting them closed, than ordinary school management strict militarization management slightly relaxed than a management model. In the specific implementation should establish scientific rules and regulations, take strict daily management, carry out rich extracurricular activities, establishment and professional training objectives are adapted to theory teaching system and practice system, through the concept of people-oriented guiding aviation service students’ healthy personality, to play on the training of aviation service personnel of inestimable the great role.
