北京市文化创意产业发展现状、问题与对策研究
文化创意产业作为首都经济新的增长点,展现了良好的发展基础和巨大的发展潜力,已经成为首都经济增长的支柱产业。文化创意产业的发展规模和影响程度已经成为衡量一个国家或城市综合竞争力高低的重要标志。作为新兴的经济增长朝阳产业,文化创意产业是提升城市竞争力的战略产业和支柱产业,是衔接现代服务业与制造业以及城市功能的重要环节,对经济结构的调整和升级有着重大意义。本文从文化创意产业的界定入手,回顾以往文献,分析北京文化创意产业发展现状,找出北京文化创意产业发展面临的不足和障碍,进而提出对策建议。

Abstract
Cultural and creative industries as a new economic growth point in the capital, show the good development foundation and the great potential of development, has become a pillar industry of the capital economic growth. Culture the development of creative industry scale and influence has become the measure of a country or city comprehensive competitiveness of high and low important symbol. As a new economic growth the rising sun industry, cultural and creative industries is to promote the urban competitiveness of strategic industry and the pillar industry, modern service industry and cohesion is manufacturing industry and the important link of the function of the city, for the adjustment of economic structure and upgrade has the great significance. This article from the definition of the cultural and creative industries of previous literature review, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of Beijing cultural and creative industries, and find out the Beijing cultural development of creative industries face the insufficiency and the obstacles, then put forward some Suggestions.
