在激烈的市场竞争中,企业经营者的激励机制问题受到了人们的广泛关注。长期以来,我国的中小企业存在着薪酬和绩效严重脱节的情况,为了有效的解决这一矛盾,保障企业所有者的根本利益,为企业的发展提供动力和源泉,充分解决企业的瓶颈问题,是当前企业需要迫切考虑的问题。股权激励机制在我国的发展过程中,已经成为了成熟的激励机制,并且有不少企业已经对股权激励机制制度进行尝试,通过该项制度的形成,促进了企业员工积极性的提高,进一步的推动了我国经济的发展。
本文从股权激励机制的定义出发,论述了股权激励机制在我国中小企业中的运用,分析了影响我国股权激励机制的因素,最后,依据这些影响因素对我国实施股权激励机制提出相关的建议。

ABSTRACT
In the fierce market competition, the incentive mechanism of enterprise managers has been widely concerned by people. For a long time, our country small and medium-sized enterprise exist a serious discrepancy between pay and performance, in order to effectively solve this contradiction, safeguarding the fundamental interests of the owners in an enterprise, for enterprise development provides motive force and source, fully solve the bottleneck problem of the enterprise, the companies need to consider urgently problem. Equity incentive mechanism in the development process of our country, has become the mature incentive mechanism, and many countries have on the equity incentive mechanism system to try, through the formation of the system, and promote the employees enthusiasm improve, further promoting the development of China’s economy.
From the definition of equity incentives, discusses equity incentive mechanism in Chinese SMEs use to analyze the factors affecting our equity incentive mechanism, and finally, on the basis of these factors on China’s implementation of equity incentive mechanism put forward suggestions.
