摘 要
改革开放之后我国的经济进入了快速发展的阶段,特别是在新世纪,经济发展速度更是全球领先。但是近年来随着全球经济的不景气,我国经济发展也受到了限制,国家在大力进行经济体系改革,其中最重要的是对国有企业进行改革,发挥国有企业的带头作用,改变以往大而不强的局面。国有企业由于政策等的因素,在人力资源管理体系的构建中有很多问题,体系僵化,激励制度不健全,这些因素都阻碍了国有企业的发展。激励制度对于企业的发展有着很重要的作用,不仅能够提升员工工作的积极性,还能够提升企业的凝聚力,降低企业人员离职率,促进企业持续健康发展。
本文以激励制度为核心进行研究,对鞍山钢铁集团激励体制进行案例分析。通过研究,分析了鞍山钢铁集团人力资源管理中激励机制的问题,针对目前鞍山钢铁集团面临这种状况,对其存在的问题进行有效的分析,并提出相应的从提高管理人员对激励机制的重视程度、采取多样化的激励制度等七个方面进行论述,以全面提升鞍山钢铁集团员工激励成效,提高员工工作积极性,促进鞍山钢铁集团的健康长期发展。

Abstract

Incentive system for the development of enterprises has a very important role, not only to enhance the enthusiasm of the staff work, but also to enhance the cohesion of enterprises, reduce the turnover rate of enterprises to promote sustained and healthy development of enterprises.
