导游人力资本提升模式探析
摘要:随着“无烟工业”和“永恒日出产业”的旅游行业的名声传出,世界三大产业石油工业和汽车工业加上旅游业。 2009年,国务院就加快旅游业进步提出了想法,推动了旅游业的快速进步。旅游业有较强的进步潜能,在这种情况下,出现了一种新的矛盾,并且越来越突出,也就是旅游业快速发展中如何才能更好的提升人力资本。二十一世纪的主流是精英的角逐,二十一世纪第一能源是人力能源,只有成为经济进步和技术进步的重点原因,也是国家和国家整体实力竞争的角逐焦点。现今,中国旅游市场紧缺和国际角逐力的高素质旅游导游队伍,如果更快的提升导游人力资本是推动旅游业进步的最紧迫任务。本篇文章的出发点是探索研究导游人力资本提升过程中存在哪些问题,如果更好的提出解决对策,以更好的促进导游产业的发展,及在今后的导游生涯规划需要有针对性地进行引导,避免因为退出壁垒不高而造成社会资源的浪费、人力资本的亏空。

Today, China’s tourism market and the international competitiveness of the high quality of the tourist guide team, if faster to enhance the human capital guide is the most urgent task to promote tourism. The starting point of this article is to explore the study guide to enhance human capital problems in the process, if better countermeasures are put forward, in order to better promote the development of tourist industry, and guide future career planning needs pertinent guidance, avoid because of barriers to exit is not high, resulting in a waste of social resources human capital shortfall.
