摘 要:同其它企业一样,酒店要想取得竞争优势,必须最大限度满足顾客的需求,提高顾客的满意度从而扩大自己的市场份额。随着市场的日益成熟,顾客的消费经验越来越丰富,个性化消费趋势越来越突出,自我保护意识也越来越强。在这个充满变革的知识经济和人的主体性回归的时代,面对充满无数种变数的个性化的顾客需求,如何以变革的服务理念重新审视酒店服务,已成为迫切需要解决的问题。本文以广东东莞嘉华大酒店为例,对酒店开展个性化服务的现状、存在的主要问题以及如何进一步提高个性化服务质量等内容进行研究,为我国酒店进一步提高个性化服务质量提供科学的依据和有效的对策。

Abstract: Like other companies, the hotel in order to obtain a competitive advantage, we must maximize meet customer needs, improve customer satisfaction and thus expand their market share. With the increasingly mature market, the consumer experience more and more rich consumer, personalized consumer trends more and more prominent self-protection awareness is also growing. In this era of reforming the knowledge economy and the return of human subjectivity, it is an urgent need to solve the problem of how to reform the hotel service with the changing service concept in the face of the personalized customer demand which is filled with numerous kinds of variables. In this paper, the Guangdong Jiahua Hotel, for example, the hotel to carry out the status of personalized services, the main problems and how to further improve the quality of personalized service and other content for our hotel to further improve the quality of personalized service to provide a scientific basis And effective countermeasures.
