目前随着我国餐饮业的快速发展以及人们消费观念的转变,餐饮市场的竞争日益加剧,餐饮业人才流失现象已经成为企业发展的一项难题。在此背景下,本文以河北麦当劳店为典型案例进行研究,简述了河北麦当劳人力资源现状,指出该店人才流失的问题,例如该店在招聘范围与管理不合理等;并提出相应的发展策略,例如改进招聘范围,提升管理人员的素质,加强对人员的培训与职业规划,制定合理、有竞争力的薪资、福利体系等措施,希望河北麦当劳能够提升管理水平,能广泛吸纳人才,留住人才,促进企业的快速发展,以及为其他餐饮企业的人才发展提供有力的参考依据,是具有现实意义的研究课题。

At present, China’s rapid development of catering industry and the changes of consumption concept, the catering market competition intensifies day by day, the catering industry brain drain phenomenon has become a difficult problem of enterprise development. Under this background, this paper takes Hebei McDonald’s as a typical case study, summarized Hebei McDonald’s human resources present situation, pointed out the shop the brain drain problem, such as the store in the scope of recruitment and management is not reasonable; and put forward the corresponding development strategies, such as improving the recruitment range, improve the quality of personnel management, to strengthen the staff training and occupation planning, reasonable, competitive salary, welfare system and other measures, hope Hebei McDonald’s to enhance the management level, to extensively absorb talents, retain talent, and promote the rapid development of enterprises, as well as other catering enterprises talent development provides the powerful reference, is a research subject of practical significance.
