摘 要
在我国,有许多的民营企业,中小型企业发展历史时间比较短,经济发展的规模也比较小,人力资本储存量也比较少,在企业的行业管理业存在比较多的技术含量较低的情况。这些因素都影响着企业的管理水平、人员素质和企业竞争力的提高。随着经济的飞速发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,尤其是人才方面的竞争。传统的薪酬管理制度已经不适合现在企业的发展,企业要想在日趋激烈的竞争中获得优势,就必须重视薪酬管理问题。经济的发展的步伐如此之快,许多的企业也越来越暴露出有关薪酬管理方面的问题,这些问题也在不断地制约的企业的发展壮大。好的薪酬管理方法能有效地提高员工的积极性和创造性,从而增加企业效益。市场经济条件下,企业要不断地了解员工的需求,根据员工的不同需要制定出合理的薪酬管理制度和薪酬管理方法。
