摘 要:篮球作为我国的一项全民健身运动,在近几年被社会公众所越来越熟悉和热爱,学校、社区也频繁地开展了一系列有关篮球竞技比赛的活动,鼓励人们参与到篮球的运动中去。但是,随着篮球运动的开展,由篮球运动导致的身体伤害问题也日益增多,尤其是在学校中,学生由于缺乏一些篮球运动的基础常识和自我保护意识。往往在激烈的篮球运动中,身体各个部位都有所损伤。因此,本文基于大学生篮球运动中常见的运动损伤,以及容易发生运动损伤的身体部位开展论述,提出了学校教师要提高大学生篮球运动时的自我保护意识,以及教会大学生在发生了运动损伤后的自我保养措施等,以此避免大学生在进行篮球运动时发生身体损伤的问题。

Abstract: Basketball as a national fitness campaign in China, in recent years by the public more and more familiar with and love, schools, communities have also carried out a series of activities related to basketball competitions, to encourage people to participate in basketball sports go with.
