广州TESCO连锁超市逆向物流管理策略分析
[摘 要] 本文在对国内外零售企业、连锁超市逆向物流管理的理论和实践进行研究的基础上，将有关的理论应用于广州TESCO连锁超市的逆向物流管理的分析和研究，分别分析了广州TESCO实施逆向物流管理的外部条件、组织条件和自身条件，并应用SWOT分析法对广州TESCO实施逆向物流管理的内、外部的优劣势进行探讨，提出了改善逆向物流提升TESCO竞争力的对策和策略。

Strategy Analysis on Reverse Logistics Management for TESCO Supermarket chains in Guangzhou
Abstract： Based on the research of domestic and foreign retailers, supermarket chains, reverse logistics management theory and practice, some relevant theories is applied to analysis and research for reverse logistics management of Guangzhou TESCO in this thesis. This paper analyzes Guangzhou TESCO’s reverse logistics outer, organizational and individual presumptions, using SWOT analysis to analyze TESCO’s advantages and disadvantages. According to the disadvantages, this paper will give some feasible measures and strategies.
