论电视编导应具备的职业素质
摘要：随着电视媒体影响力越来越大，电视分工日趋细化。电视编导在电视节目和电视题材的选择上，处于主导地位。一部电视节目质量的优劣与电视编导自身的职业素质有着直接关系。作为一个合格的电视编导应该具备坚定的政治立场、超人的艺术素养、对社会题材的敏感性和高效协调能力等多方面的能力，高素质的电视编导是打造高品质电视作品的关键。

Discuss the occupation quality of the television director
Abstract: with the growing influence of television media, television division becomes more refined. Television director is in the dominant position in television programs and the choice of subject matter. A television program quality has direct relation with the occupation quality of the television director. A television director should have firm political position, artistic accomplishment, to social themes sensitivity and efficient coordination ability in many aspects, high-quality television director is the key to create high-quality television work .
