佳大-公共物业服务项目质量管理研究

摘   要

房地产行业突飞猛进的发展和不断增大规模的物业企业，为我国物业管理行业提供了无以伦比的广阔平台，在我国，以公共物业为重要组成部分的物业管理行业，虽然它是一个刚刚流行起来的行业，但是已经存在了几十年，为了让刚刚要兴起的物业管理行业不断的壮大起来，企业本身就要让自己的公共服务质量标准远远的超过其他物业管理的服务，比如住宅物业、公共物业等。为了物业管理行业的安全性更高，服务性能更强和公益性更强的特点体现得淋漓尽致，我们就要利用我国比较强大的物业基础，加强物业服务管理力度。
