摘 要
人民法院司法体制改革正如火如荼地进行。司法责任制被誉为当代中国司法改革的“牛鼻子”。实行法官办案质量责任终身制是“让审理者裁判，由裁判者负责”的内在要求，是我国司法正义实现的途经之一。当前社会下，我国法官办案质量责任终身制在推动法治进程方面取得了一定成效，然而其缺陷也逐渐显露，倘若放任不管，审判权的行使必然会受到权责分离的阻碍，制约司法公正性与权威性的有效实现。因此，应当紧紧把握司法改革的主脉，以司法公正、高效、透明为追求，对法官办案质量责任终身制度予以反思、剖析。
