摘要
随着在现代化进程的加快、全球化趋势的加强，世界各国的非物质文化遗产均在不同程度上面临着损害、破坏和不断消失的严重威胁，其中尤其以发展中国家的问题更为突出。因此，非物质文化遗产的保护刻不容缓，而最根本、长远的有效保护方式就是依法保护。本文第一部分概述了非物质遗产的必要性；第二部分论述了非物质文化遗产的基本原则；第三部分讲述了国内国外对于非物质遗产的保护方法；第四部分对非物质文化遗产的保护方法提出改进意见。为了让宝贵的文化遗产免遭现代化建设和全球化思潮的冲击，建立行之有效的法律体系，是延续其生命力和创造力的有效武器。本文通过对国内外非物质文化遗产保护的历史沿革的简单回顾，结合我国对非物质文化遗产进行法律保护的现状，分析我国在非物质文化遗产进行保护的实践和存在问题，并在此基础上提出一些建议。

Therefore, it is very urgent to the protection of the intangible cultural heritage, and the most fundamental and long-term effective protection way is in accordance with the law of protection.
