对我国死刑制度的思考
内容摘要：死刑制度在发展的过程中，不仅有价值，也有弊病，并因此而倍受争议，特别是近现代，国际上废除死刑的呼声日高，不少国家也废除了死刑。中国在死刑问题上，基本的态度还是“保留”，但少杀慎杀。学术界则有的主张保留，有的主张废除，更有激进者主张立即废除。
