我国环境弱势群体——学生环境权的保护
摘 要：随着我国经济的快速发展, 环境所带来的问题日趋严重，环境问题随之成为一个全球性课题，备受人类共同关注的，作为新兴的一项权利，环境权正处于不断的发展中，随着公民环境权益受到侵害的不断加深，日益受到重视，作为一项重要的基本人权，环境权在法律中予以确认和保障已是法律发展的必然趋势，在环境保护中，作为环境弱势群体，学生环境权的保护尤为重要，因为学生的成长关系着国家的未来，关系着民族之重。本文从学生环境权的概念、类型入手，具体分析了学生环境权保护存在的问题，并对学生环境权的保护完善提出相应的对策和建议。

The Environment Right Protection of Our Country‘s Vulnerable Group – the Student’s
Abstract: Along with the rapid development of our economy, the increasingly serious deterioration of the environment, environmental problems then become a common human attention global issues, the environment right as a new, are developing of legal rights, with civil environment rights and interests are infringed upon, are deepening of more and more attention, as an important basic human rights, the environment right confirmed in law already is an inevitable trend, environmental protection, as environment disadvantaged groups, the protection of the student’s environment right is particularly important, the growth of the students relations with the country’s future, in relation to the nation is heavy. Start from the concept of the right of students to the environment, type, specific analysis of the problems of the Student Environmental Protection of the Right, and the protection of environmental rights of students to improve the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
